Dr. Charity McMahon (Rood), a native of Monroe, WI, became interested in a chiropractic career at the age of 12 after attending a wellness fair. After being a patient of chiropractic, she decided she too wanted to help people and make them feel better by becoming a chiropractor.

Dr. Charity attended the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. While attending school full time, she also worked for the biology department as a teacher's assistant as well as working at the local hospital in the education department. Dr. Charity went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA and graduated with honors. Dr. Charity was very active in student government by being a class officer throughout her education but also served on the school's student council executive committee serving as secretary. She also worked as a lab assistant by teaching and helping other students with anatomy and other subjects.

Dr. Charity is a member of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association and currently holds the office of secretary for the south central district.
